Led performance audits that improved average page load times by about 30%.
What I worked on
- The Library's corporate website and public products: Oral Histories, the Greek Australian Archive, Library Bar, Imagine Exhibition and Sydney Elders.
- The Drupal 7-to-10 migration: reusable content models, custom modules and themes, forms and regression tests.
- React and TypeScript front ends connected to Drupal.
- An Oral Histories audio player with synchronized transcript highlighting and progress tracking.
- Reusable CMS templates and components so editors could manage pages without developer help for every change.
